The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the comprehensive project involving the Planning, Designing, and Construction of Residential and Non-Residential infrastructure in Phase-I for the establishment of the CISF 11th Reserve Battalion at Odha and Sayyed Pimpri, Nasik, Maharashtra. This significant undertaking encompasses the construction of 242 Type-II Quarters (9 Blocks, G+Stilt+6), 12 Type-III Quarters (G+2), 5 Type-IV Quarters (G+2), and 2 Type-V Quarters (G+1), alongside a 701-men Barrack (3 Blocks, G+3), an Administrative and Communication Block (G+1), Quarter Guard, Dhobi Ghat, 2 Sub-Stations, 2 Pump Sets, and 10 Watch Towers (G+1). The project also includes the construction of a Boundary Wall with 3 Gates, including Electrical installation, Development, and Bulk Services (Civil and Electrical), all in accordance with the Scope of NIT and approved drawings, executed via Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC Mode-1) on a turnkey basis. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,78,16,10,962 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,88,16,110, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, NCD, CPWD, Nasik. Key dates include a document download end and bid submission closing date of February 4th, 2026, at 3:00 PM, and a bid opening date of February 4th, 2026, at 3:30 PM. Prospective bidders must submit a comprehensive set of mandatory documents, including financial statements, experience certificates, GST registration, and various affidavits and undertakings, as detailed in the tender document. The time allowed for completion of the project is 24 months.
