Work Description - A/r & M/o 80 Nos. Ag Residential Quarters At Charkop, Kandivali (w) And Central Excise Residential Quarters At Mithchowky, Malad (w) & Gorai Road, Borivali (w), Mumbai During 2026-27. Sh:- Day To Day Maintenance I/c Miscellenance Repairs.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer, Mumbai-II, located at Kendriya Sadan, Antop Hill, Mumbai, invites open percentage bids for the "Annual Repair and Maintenance of 80 Nos. AG Residential Quarters at Charkop, Kandivali (W) and Central Excise Residential Quarters at Mithchowky, Malad (W) & Gorai Road, Borivali (W), Mumbai during 2026-27, specifically covering day-to-day maintenance including miscellaneous repairs."
