Work Description - Special Repairs, Painting, Providing And Fixing Overhead Pvc Storage Tank, And Other Miscellaneous Work At Sahyadrinagar, Residential Colony (type-i, Ii, Iii, Iv And V Quarters) Of Gst, Central Excise, Nashik.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of "Special Repairs, painting, providing and fixing overhead PVC Storage tank, and other miscellaneous work at Sahyadrinagar, Residential Colony (Type-I, II, III, IV and V quarters) of GST, Central Excise, Nashik." The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 1,49,07,149 and the completion period is 6 months. The tender document can be downloaded from 17-Dec-2025 02:42 PM to 24-Dec-2025 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online by 24-Dec-2025 03:00 PM, and will be opened on 24-Dec-2025 03:30 PM. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 2,98,143 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG, in favor of the Executive Engineer, NCD, CPWD, Nasik. Mandatory documents include the Scan copy of Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee including e-Bank guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD, Enlistment Order of the Contractor in appropriate class of B and R category in CPWD, GST registration Certificate, copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD, Electrical License Certificate, undertaking on structural stability, ERP Training Certificate of the ERP Training, and Undertaking for Site Inspection. Existing Enlisted Contractor -Upload the ERP Training Certificate of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training through any of the CPWD Regional Training Institutes (RTIs) at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata. National CPWD Academy (NCA) Ghaziabad as per NIT condition. (The enlisted contractor will not be allowed to participate in tendering process without uploading the certificate of above training). Newly Enlisted contractor -Upload Certificate or Undertaking for the ERP Training Certificate of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training through any of the CPWD Regional Training Institutes (RTIs) at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.
