The core requirement is for a 'Pre-Bid tie-up' to provide comprehensive 'Pre-Bid and Post-Bid Services' in connection with the development of a Crude Oil Terminal and Product Tank Facilities for HPCL at Jawahar Deep Island, Mumbai. This critical project is slated for execution on an EPC/LSTK (Engineering, Procurement, Construction / Lumpsum Turnkey) Basis, with an estimated period of work spanning 960 days and a bid validity period of 180 days.
