Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a prominent Government of India Enterprise and Public Sector Undertaking under the Maharashtra Telecom Circle, hereby invites sealed bids through an Open Tender (Request for Proposal) for Rate Identification for providing Bulk SMS services to its esteemed EB Platinum Mumbai Customers. This is a critical opportunity for qualified service providers to partner with BSNL for a period of 730 days, offering essential bulk push SMS capabilities. The tender follows a "Tender cum Auction" form of contract and requires a two-cover submission system. The bidding process commenced with e-publication, document download, and bid submission starting on June 22, 2026, at 01:30 PM. Prospective bidders have until July 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM to download tender documents and submit their proposals. A clarification period is open until June 29, 2026, 05:30 PM, for any queries. The technical and financial bids will be opened on July 15, 2026, at 12:30 PM in Mumbai. All bids will remain valid for 180 days from the bid opening date.
