High Integrity Pressure Protection System (HIPS) Supply and Commissioning for BPCL Mumbai Refinery

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, is inviting bids for the supply of a High Integrity Pressure Protection System (HIPS) to its Mumbai Refinery. The tender, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7786400, is for the procurement of six (6) HIPS systems, encompassing mandatory spares, packing and forwarding, freight, and applicable GST as detailed within the scope specified in the Material Requisition (MR). This comprehensive requirement also includes on-site services such as commissioning assistance, including PST testing, for the entire supply scope. Furthermore, the tender explicitly includes a non-comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the first, second, and third years post-commissioning, along with inclusive training services as per the MR specifications.
