BPCL Manmad Tank Wagon Planning Room Renovation and Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Upgrades

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd, under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, is inviting bids for the comprehensive Renovation of the Tank Wagon Planning Room at their Manmad Installation, located at Manmad - Nandgaon Road, Manmad - 423104. This significant project, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7962776, encompasses a wide array of civil, mechanical, and electrical works detailed within the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Key activities include excavation for soak pits, installation of Hume pipes, HDPE pipes, and various masonry and concrete works such as brickwork, plastering, and PCC plinth construction. The renovation also involves flooring with materials like vitrified tiles, granite, concrete check tiles, and laminated wood, alongside interior finishing with putty, enamel and primer paint, exterior paint, and color wash, including specific paint lettering. Structural steel treatment with SA 2.5 and the installation of Galvalume sheets are also part of the scope. Further additions include aluminum partitions, toughened glass, PVC conduits, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, LED lighting, and electrical wiring. Plumbing works are extensively covered, with the installation of European WCs, China urinals, wash basins, HDPE water tanks, and concealed HDPE pipes. Mechanical installations will include a 1.5T Split AC. The project also mandates the dismantling of existing brickwork, plaster, tiles, flooring, urinals, structural steel, doors, and windows, along with associated plumbing and existing drainage system work, all strictly as per the Statement of Work (SOW).
