Work Description - Construction / Upgradation Of Rural Roads Under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna Including Maintenance For Five Year After Construction.

The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA), acting through the Chief General Manager of the Madhya Pradesh Rural Road Development Authority (MPRRDA), Bhopal, hereby invites open tenders from eligible and qualified firms for the **Construction/Upgradation of Rural Roads under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna, including maintenance for Five Years after construction**, located in Sehore. This critical infrastructure project, identified by Tender Reference Number NIT-1275 / 1275/MP35913/Sehore, is valued at an estimated ₹8,32,15,000 and has a stipulated completion period of 365 days, with bid validity extending for 90 days. The technical and financial bids will be opened on July 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM at MPRRDA PIU, Sehore. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹23,600 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹8,32,150 (representing 1.0% of the tender value) are mandatory, payable online. The tender submission requires two covers: the first cover for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents, which must include a scanned copy of the prescribed affidavit, firm registration, Power of Attorney, PAN, EPF, GSTN, bank references, details of technical personnel and equipment, organizational structure, Acceptance Letter, bank credit certificate (10% of contract value), litigation details, audited accounts for the past five years (2020-21 to 2024-25), proof of similar nature work experience, details of work in hand, and a comprehensive work programme.
