The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through the Garrison Engineer Gwalior, invites open tenders for "CERTAIN REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF DOORS, WINDOWS, PANELING AND MISC ITEMS AT 12 REGT, 172 REGT AREA AND CERTAIN LOCATIONS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE GWALIOR." This item rate contract, referenced as Tender Number 8252/GWL/E8, is valued at ₹40,00,000. A percentage based Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2.0% equivalent to ₹80,000 is required, payable to the Garrison Engineer Gwalior at Gwalior; EMD exemption is allowed. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also payable to the Garrison Engineer Gwalior. The document download and submission start date is 16-Dec-2025 and 31-Dec-2025 respectively. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 05-Jan-2026 (06:00 PM). The bid opening date is scheduled for 07-Jan-2026 (11:00 AM).
