Work Description - Certain Repair/ Maint Including Painting/ Polishing To Furniture Pertains To Officers Under Ge (mcte) Mhow

An open tender is invited by the Garrison Engineer (MCTE), located at GE (MCTE) Mhow (MP) 453441, for carrying out certain repair/maintenance, including painting and polishing, to furniture pertaining to officers under GE (MCTE) Mhow. The estimated tender value is ₹25,00,000 and the period of work is 180 days. This is an Item Rate contract. The tender document, bearing reference number GE(MCTE)/MHOW/64(T) OF 2025-26, can be downloaded from 26-Feb-2026 11:00 AM until 18-Mar-2026 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 12-Mar-2026 12:00 PM and 18-Mar-2026 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 20-Mar-2026 at 09:00 AM at GE (MCTE) Mhow. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000 is required, payable to GE (MCTE) Mhow, which can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. Tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE (MCTE) Mhow, offline through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Technical documents, including scanned copies of the application, DD/e-MRO, enlistment letter, requisite documents as per NIT, provident fund code, GST registration, one-time verification, reclassification, and workload, must be submitted in Cover 1. The BOQ must be submitted in Cover 2. Bids will remain valid for 60 days.
