The Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited (MPPGCL), through its Tender Inviting Authority SE(Works), SSTPP, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified service providers for Tender Reference Number WT-3079. This is an Open Tender for the hiring of one Air Conditioned compact sedan car (1150cc, Petrol version) for the use of SE (OPN-I) at SSTPP, MPPGCL, Dongalia, on a monthly run basis of 2500 km, for a contractual period of 24 months (730 days). The estimated Tender Value for this contract is ₹14,23,895. Interested bidders are required to submit a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,295 (inclusive of processing fee, with exemption allowed) and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹28,500 (with exemption allowed through BG/ST). The bidding process will follow a two-cover system, requiring separate submissions for Fee/Pre-qualification/Technical documents and the financial bid.
