The Commander Works Engineer (CWE), Military Engineer Services, Bhopal, represented by Col Pawan Kumar, invites eligible and qualified contractors to participate in an Open Tender for "SPL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD AND ROAD FURNITURE OF DEF AND EMP COY HQ 21 CORPS AND CERTAIN OTHER UNITS UNDER GE DRONACHAL". This critical civil works project, estimated at ₹37,84,000, is to be executed on an Item Rate contract basis over a period of 180 days in Dronachal. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹75,680, payable to GE Dronachal, with EMD exemption allowed, and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500, also payable to GE Dronachal, with exemption facility available. Tender documents are available for download from June 17, 2026, 06:55 PM, until June 29, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online between June 24, 2026, 06:00 PM, and June 29, 2026, 06:00 PM. The bids will be opened on July 01, 2026, 10:00 AM, at HQ CWE Bhopal. The submission requires a two-cover system: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including application, scanned EMD/DD, enlistment letter, PF code, and GST registration), and Cover 2 for the financial bid (Bills of Quantities and tender documents with amendments).
