The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Garrison Engineer (Maint), Infantry School, Mhow (MP) - 453441 (GE (MIS) Mhow), is pleased to invite eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 8970/GE (MIS)/Mhow) for "POLISHING PAINTING TO MISC FURNITURE RE CANNING OF CHAIR REPAIR TO SOFA AND REPAIR TO GI CHARPOY UNDER GE MAINT INF SCHOOL MHOW." This works contract, valued at ₹25,00,000, is for Civil Works - Others and will be executed on an Item Rate basis within a period of 180 days at GE (MIS) Mhow. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000 are required. Both are payable to "GE (MIS) Mhow" at Mhow, through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. EMD exemption through BG/ST is allowed. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two covers. The first cover (Fee/PreQual/Technical) must include scanned copies of the enlistment letter (for enlisted bidders) or documents meeting eligibility criteria (for unenlisted bidders), tender fee DD, EMD (if applicable), EPF and GST registration certificates, and details of similar work carried out/in hand along with a "No Ban" certificate. The second cover (Finance) will contain the Schedule A (BOQ) in .xls format. The bid validity period is 60 days.
