The Directorate Urban Administration and Development, operating through its Chief Municipal Officer located at Ward No. 11, Thana Road, Pali, District Umaria, invites eligible and experienced service providers to submit bids for an Open Tender (NIT No. 1090 Date 16.07.2026 / Tender ID: 2026_UAD_522032_1). This tender, categorized under Services and specifically Hotel/Catering, seeks a service provider for the timely supply and serving of quality refreshments for various official meetings, programs, workshops, seminars, conferences, and other events organized by the Department as and when required. The estimated tender value for this Item Wise contract is ₹ 3,50,000, and the successful bidder will be engaged for a period of 365 days. Interested bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,500 and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 2,295 (inclusive of processing fees and GST). Bids must be submitted in a two-cover system: Cover 1 designated for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including the cost receipt of the bid document, EMD receipt, Organization Details, an affidavit as per Annexure B, GST Certificate, and a scanned copy of PAN), and Cover 2 exclusively for the Finance bid (Price Bid). The e-publication, document download, and bid submission process commenced on 17-Jul-2026 at 10:30 AM. The final deadline for both document download and bid submission is 03-Aug-2026 by 06:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened on 05-Aug-2026 at 10:00 AM at the Municipal Council Pali. All submitted bids shall remain valid for a period of 365 days from the bid opening date.
