Work Description - Supply Of Caustic Soda Lye To Goaw Neemuch On Annual Rate Contract Basis

The Department of Revenue, Government Opium and Alkaloid Works (GOAW) Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh, invites open tenders for the SUPPLY OF CAUSTIC SODA LYE TO GOAW NEEMUCH ON ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT BASIS, as per Tender Reference Number GOAW/PUR/025/2025-26. The tender documents can be downloaded starting from December 22, 2025, at 06:00 PM and must be submitted no later than January 13, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on January 14, 2026, at 03:30 PM at GOVT OPIUM AND ALKALOID WORKS NEEMUCH MP. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,49,000 is required, payable to DRAWING AND DISBURSING OFFICER, GOAW, NEEMUCH MP, and can be submitted via Demand Draft, FDR, Bankers Cheque, or Bank Guarantee. Exemption from EMD may be allowed as per government guidelines. The tender comprises two covers: the first containing technical and prequalification documents, including GST registration, the technical bid, a tender acceptance letter, certificate of analysis, EMD or exemption certificate, terms and conditions, and a self-declaration regarding blacklisting; the second cover contains the BOQ. Tenderers are required to adhere to the specified terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents. The validity of the bid is 90 days. There is no tender fee.
