Work Description - Comprehensive Maintenance Of Civil And Electrical Operations Relating To Day To Day Maintenance I/c Operation Of E&m, A/r & M/o Works, Special Repair Works Of Income-tax Quarters At Bharat Nagar, Residential & Non-residential Buildings Of Cbi And Sib And Accountant General Bungalow At Char Imli, Office Building Of Gsi At Bittan Market, Upgradation Works Of General Pool Residential Accommodation Bhopal(mp) During 2025-26, 2026-27 And 2027-28.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for comprehensive maintenance of Civil and Electrical operations, encompassing day-to-day upkeep including operation of E&M, A/R & M/O works, and special repair works across various Income-Tax quarters, residential and non-residential buildings, and office spaces in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This project specifically includes Income-Tax quarters at Bharat Nagar, CBI & SIB buildings, the Accountant General Bungalow at Char Imli, the GSI office building at Bittan Market, and the upgradation works of General Pool Residential Accommodation in Bhopal, MP. The project is slated for execution during the period of 2025-26, 2026-27, and 2027-28, with an estimated cost of ₹10,04,85,474 and a project duration of 36 months. Interested bidders must submit a scan copy of the original EMD and receipt of deposition of Original EMD which amounts to ₹20,04,855 in the form of DD, FDR, BC or BG in favor of EE, BCD-I, CPWD, Bhopal, along with other mandatory documents including address with phone number and email ID, copy of PAN Card, Electrical License or undertaking, Enlistment order, ERP Training Certificate, GST Registration Certificate or undertaking, undertaking on structural stability and soundness, Annexure-V undertaking and undertaking for site inspection as per NIT. The deadline for document download and bid submission is September 19, 2025, at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on September 19, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
