The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for structural and non-structural repairs, renovation, partitions, furniture installation, and comprehensive renovation/restoration of internal electrical installations (EI), HVAC, CCTV, UPS, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems, and audio-visual systems at the 3rd and 4th floors of the damaged Scindia House Building, Income Tax Department, Ballard Estate, Mumbai. This project, bearing Tender ID 124656 and reference number 05/CE-I/EE(E)/MUMBAI-I/2025-26(Recall), includes balance works such as the replacement of a 180 TR chiller. The estimated cost of the work is ₹38,86,507, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹77,730 payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), Mumbai-I, CPWD, Mumbai.
