The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of the Eklavya Model Residential School at Niwas Dist. Mandla (MP). This composite project, under NIT/RFP NO 01/SE(Jabalpur)/2025-26, encompasses a range of civil works including the construction of a school building (G+2), girls and boys hostels (G+2), warden residences, a principal quarter, multiple blocks of Type II and Type III quarters (G+1 & G+2), a guest house, kitchen and dining block, substation, pump room, sentry post with internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, internal and external electrical installations, and various development works like borewells, septic tanks, road works, retaining and compound walls. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 37,62,94,720 and the time allowed for completion is 15 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 47,62,947 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, JCD, CPWD Jabalpur. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission deadline of August 28, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of August 28, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents for submission include copies of the EMD, enlistment order, ERP Training Certificate, GST registration and undertaking, EMD receipt, electrical license or undertaking, PAN card, bidder's contact details, an undertaking for site inspection, and an undertaking on structural stability and soundness.
