The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of the Eklavya Model Residential School at Narayanganj, District Mandla (MP), as per NIT/RFP NO 02/SE(Jabalpur)/2025-26. This composite project, valued at an estimated ₹ 36,08,33,872, includes the construction of a G+2 school building, G+2 girls and boys hostels, two warden residences, a principal quarter, ten Type II G+2 quarters, and two blocks of Type III quarters (G+1), along with a guest house, kitchen and dining block, pump room, sentry post, internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, internal and external electrical installation, and development works such as borewells, septic tanks, road works, retaining wall, and compound wall. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 46,08,339, payable in the form of DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, JCD, CPWD Jabalpur. Interested bidders must download the tender documents between August 13, 2025, and August 28, 2025, by 3:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically between August 13, 2025, and August 28, 2025, by 3:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for August 28, 2025, at 3:30 PM. Required mandatory documents include copies of the EMD, enlistment order, ERP Training Certificate, GST registration, GST undertaking, EMD receipt, electrical license or undertaking, PAN card, bidder's address with phone number and email ID, site inspection undertaking, and an undertaking on structural stability and soundness.
