Work Description - Construction Of Centre For Disability Sports At Gwalior Mp Sh: Outsourcing Of Staff For Operation Of E And M Services During 2026-28 Sh: Package-4 : Lift Operation,hvac System.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer (Electrical), Gwalior, invites sealed open percentage bids (NIT/RFP No: 09/EEE/Gwalior/2026-27) from eligible and experienced contractors for the comprehensive "Construction of Centre for Disability Sports at Gwalior MP, specifically for the Outsourcing of Staff for Operation of Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) Services during 2026-28, under Package-4, encompassing lift operation and HVAC system maintenance." This significant electrical works project is estimated at ₹ 69,32,080 (Rupees Sixty Nine Lakh Thirty Two Thousand and Eighty Only) and has a stipulated completion period of 730 days. Prospective bidders are advised to note the critical dates: the e-Publication and Bid Submission Start Date is 16th June 2026, 06:14 PM. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 22nd June 2026 at 02:00 PM at O/o EE(E) CPWD office, 35 City Centre, Gwalior, with queries accepted via email until 01:55 PM on the same day. The Bid Submission End Date is 25th June 2026, 03:00 PM, followed by the Bid Opening Date on 25th June 2026, 03:30 PM. The bid validity period is 75 days. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,38,642 is required, payable via Demand Draft (DD) or Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) in favour of "EE GCD II CPWD Gwalior." Essential eligibility criteria and mandatory documents include, but are not limited to, a copy of the original EMD receipt, enlistment order of the contractor in CPWD, a valid Electrical Contractor License, certificates of relevant work experience and financial turnover, GST Registration Certificate, and registration certificates for EPFO and ESIC.
