The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), specifically EE-Bhopal-II, invites bids for a significant project titled "Planning, Designing and construction of Residential and Non Residential Infrastructure in Phase-I for Establishment of CISF 12th Reserve Battalion at Village Jamunia Talab, Dist Sehore (MP) Pkg-I in EPC Mode-I." This comprehensive undertaking involves the construction of a wide array of residential and non-residential structures, including 242 T-II quarters, 12 T-III quarters, 5 T-I quarters, 2 T-V duplex quarters, a Training Block, a 10-bedded Hospital, a GOs Mess, Single Accommodation for 57 SOs, a Store Block and Tradesmen Shop, 701 Men's Barracks across three blocks, a Quarter Guard, Admin/Communication Block, Dhobi Ghat, two Electrical Sub Stations, an STP, two UG Sumps with Pump Rooms, along with internal water supply, sanitary and electrical installations, lifts, DG Sets, Fire Alarm and Firefighting systems, Solar PV Power generation, CCTV, air conditioning, and extensive external civil and electrical service connections, encompassing all comprehensive development and bulk services. The estimated cost for this project is ₹ 2,20,76,14,365 (Two Hundred Twenty Crore Seventy Six Lakh Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Five Rupees), with a required EMD of ₹ 2,30,76,144 payable to the Executive Engineer, Bhopal Central Division-II, CPWD, Bhopal. This is an Open, Composite, EPC Percentage type tender, classified under Civil Works - Buildings, with a completion period of 24 months.
