Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), operating under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, is seeking to procure a comprehensive range of machine tools and related accessories for their Bina Refinery located in Bina District, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh.
