The Travancore Devaswom Board, through the Executive Engineer of the Sabarimala Development Project, located at the office of the Executive Engineer, SDP, Pathanamthitta, hereby invites open tenders for the comprehensive Painting to the Police barracks A, B, C, and D, Darshanam complex, and the Restoration and Maintenance (R and M) of all buildings at Sabarimala, in preparation for the 1202 ME M and M festival. This tender also includes a one-year maintenance contract for anticipated works across various buildings and other electrical works. The estimated tender value for this project is ₹84,64,366, with a work period of 465 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit a duly filled and signed Form of Tender, a preliminary agreement, an integrity pact certificate, an affidavit, a requisition for e-payment, self-attested copies of their valid registration certificate, PAN card, and GST registration certificate, along with the quoted BOQ in the specified format. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹50,000. The tender documents will be available for download from 01-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM until 10-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids can be submitted from 01-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM, with the submission deadline set for 10-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will take place on 11-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, SDP, Sabarimala. The form of contract is Item Rate, and a single cover containing all required documents is to be submitted online.
