The Executive Engineer, PWD Buildings division, Edappally, invites eligible and reputed contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the "GMC EKM-Deposit- Plan fund Minor works 2025-26 Annual Civil maintenance works of hostel buildings -Replacement of faulty plumbing and sanitary fittings, leakage of water and waste lines, repairing of door, window shutters, lockers, drawers etc." This significant Works category project, referenced as PWD/BLDG/TR/13189/2024_5_1_1/1, is located in Kalamassery and holds an estimated value of ₹27,96,111.
