The Public Works Department (PWD), through the Assistant Executive Engineer, Buildings Sub Division Medical College Ernakulam, invites open tenders from eligible and qualified contractors for the comprehensive civil works project titled "GENERAL GENERAL Supply installation testing and Commissioning of Service Lift in the PWD Rest house Pathadippalam Ernakulam Providing Service lift Electrical Lift Work General Civil Work" (Tender Reference Number: PWD/BLDG/TR/8275/2026_5_1_1/1). This project, located in Kalamassery, primarily involves various essential civil construction activities including the dismantling of tile work in floors and roofs, demolishing brickwork, and the provision and laying of polished granite stone flooring for the ground floor and three additional floors, alongside solid block masonry using pre-cast solid blocks. The estimated tender value for this Item Rate contract is ₹5,92,455, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹14,811, for which exemption is allowed. A tender fee of ₹1,605 is applicable, also with exemption allowed. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within a period of 120 days.
