The Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and UT organisation, represented by the Assistant Executive Engineer, PWD Buildings Sub Division, Muvattupuzha, invites open tenders from eligible contractors for essential pre-monsoon civil works. This critical project, identified by Tender Reference Number PWD/BLDG/TR/6324/2026_5_1_1/1 and titled "GENERAL-Non plan -2026-27 Pre Monsoon Work for the year 2026-2027 under building building section Muvattupuzha .-Pre monsoon works to various govt. officers under Muvattupuzha Building Section-General Civil Work", encompasses the execution of pre-monsoon maintenance and related tasks for various government offices located under the Muvattupuzha Building Section during the fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated value of this percentage-based contract is ₹4,22,989, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,575, though EMD exemption is allowed as per tender conditions. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,230 is applicable. The period of completion for this work is 180 days, and bids will remain valid for 60 days from the bid opening date.
