Work Description - Supply Installation Testing Commissioning And Maintenance Of Fire Alarm System

Kerala State Industrial Enterprises Ltd, a State Government undertaking, invites eligible and experienced bidders for an Open Tender (Works category) for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of a Fire Alarm System. This significant project is to be executed in Ernakulam and Kozhikkode, with a stipulated work period of 30 days. The tender reference number for this procurement is KSIE/TVMBC/05/26-27. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹6,267 (inclusive of processing fee and GST) is applicable, although exemption is allowed as per tender conditions. To be eligible, bidders must be an empanelled vendor of KSIE and demonstrate a minimum turnover of not less than ₹11,53,000 in any of the last five financial years. Bids are invited under a two-cover system: Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) should include essential documents such as letters as per annexures, empanelment and MSME certificates, GST registration, PAN card, general specifications, and proof of turnover and work orders. Cover 2 (Finance) will contain the Bill of Quantities (BoQ). All bids will maintain a validity period of 180 days.
