Work Description - Deployment Of Manpower For Managing Ksebl Customer Support Across The State Of Kerala

Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEBL), a State Government and UT organization, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for the deployment of manpower for managing KSEBL customer support across the State of Kerala. This open tender, referenced as CEIT/RITU/CCC/EOI/25-26/1, seeks to identify and shortlist qualified and experienced vendors for managing manpower involved in KSEBL customer communication across all sections, including the Centralized Call Centre. Interested bidders must submit their Technical and Business Model Proposal by June 25, 2025, 05:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for June 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM in Thiruvananthapuram. To be eligible, vendors should possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing 24x7 call centers, with experience in large-scale public or private utility or government projects preferred, and demonstrate an annual financial turnover of at least ₹1 crore in the last three financial years. This is an EOI; only vendors who respond and are deemed eligible may be considered for participation in the forthcoming RfP. There is no tender fee or EMD applicable.
