The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through the Garrison Engineer Army Trivandrum, invites open tenders for the work of "REPAIR/MAINT TO MANGALORE PATTERN ROOF TILE, FALSE CEILING, PURLIN, RAFTERS AT ZONE A AND B, REPAIRS TO FLOORING IN OTM/MD ACCN AT ZONE B AREA UNDER GE (ARMY) TRIVANDRUM." This is an item rate contract valued at ₹40,00,000 with a work period of 240 days. Interested bidders must download the tender documents starting April 20, 2026, from 6:30 PM and submit their bids no later than May 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for May 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Office of Garrison Engineer Army Trivandrum. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to GE Army Trivandrum, and a non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, both payable offline. Bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including application in the bidder's letter pad, DD towards tender cost, GST registration, labour registration certificate(if any), MES enlistment letter (for enlisted contractors), documents for MES enlistment (for unenlisted contractors), and FDR towards EMD (for unenlisted contractors).
