The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Garrison Engineer (NW) Kochi, invites open tenders (Reference Number: 8603_GE_NW) for Civil Works. The scope of work, titled "REPAIR AND DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE WORKS TO FLOOR WALL ROOF JOINERIES AND SUNKEN SLABS SANITARY FITTING AND OTHER MISC BR WORK AND CERTAIN OTHER ITEMS TO BLDG A B AND D AREA AT NAVAL BASE KOCHI UNDER GE NW KOCHI," will be executed on an Item Rate contract basis over a period of 365 days. The estimated tender value is ₹49,90,000. Prospective bidders can download tender documents from July 16, 2026, 11:00 AM until August 10, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bid submission commences on August 03, 2026, 12:00 PM, closing on August 10, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on August 13, 2026, 10:00 AM, at GE(NW)KOCHI. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹99,800 are required, payable offline to "GE(NW)KOCHI" at KOCHI, via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft.
