The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), a Central Government Ministry/Department, represented by the Regional Director, ESIC RO Thrissur, hereby invites sealed bids for an open tender, Tender Reference Number 14/2026-27/SR/C-14/PMD/RO-TCR, with Tender ID 2026_ESIC_921335_1. This works contract, categorized under Civil Works - Buildings, involves comprehensive Special Repair (SR) works for the sewer line and storm water drainage system, crucial repairs to the damaged compound wall at the rear of the hospital, and the essential separation of effluents from the OT and laboratory areas with a diversion to the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) at ESIC Model Hospital, Kollam. The estimated tender value for this project is ₹82,86,230, with a stipulated work period of 270 days. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids in two covers, with Cover 1 encompassing fee/pre-qualification/technical documents, including a copy of the EMD and solvency certificate, registration certificates from eligible authorities, experience certificates in similar government works, GST, PAN, and ESIC/EPF registration certificates, an integrity pact, income tax returns for the last three years, audited balance sheets of the last three years detailing annual turnover and profit/loss accounts, and other serially numbered, signed, and sealed supportive documents. Cover 2 will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is fixed at ₹1,65,725, payable to "ESIC Fund A/C No.1" at Thrissur, with EMD through BG/ST or exemption being permissible. The tender documents are available for download from August 10, 2026, at 03:00 PM, until August 31, 2026, at 05:00 PM, with the bid submission period commencing on August 10, 2026, at 03:00 PM and concluding on August 31, 2026, at 05:00 PM.
