SSB Block Canteen Operations Contract Management

Work Description - For Operating The Canteen In The Ssb Block On A Contract Basis For One Year.

The Directorate of Medical Education, a State Government and UT organization, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference No. MCHKKD/2599/2026-HDS-1) for the operation of a canteen within the SSB block on a contractual basis for a period of one year (365 days). The estimated tender value for this service contract is ₹60,00,000. Prospective bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹25,000 (fixed) and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹12,154, payable online, though EMD exemption is allowed. The tender documents will be available for download and bid submission will commence from July 6, 2026, at 06:00 PM, concluding on July 18, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Bids will subsequently be opened on July 20, 2026, at 03:00 PM. All tender-related activities, including bid opening, will be conducted at the HDS OFFICE MCH KKD, under the authority of the Superintendent/Secretary. Required submission documents include the BOQ, agreement, solvency certificate, and encumbrance certificate, to be submitted in a single cover. Bidders are permitted to withdraw their bids prior to the submission deadline.
