Work Description - Construction Of 200 Bedded Gents And 200 Bedded Ladies Hostel Including Internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installations, Drainage Etc At Central University Of Kerala, Periye Campus, Kasaragod, Kerala. Sh: Providing And Fixing Aluminium Work With Glazing For Kedar And Alakananda Hostel.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer, CPWD, Kannur, invites open bids from eligible and experienced contractors for the significant civil works project titled "Construction of 200 Bedded Gents and 200 Bedded Ladies Hostel including Internal water supply, Sanitary Installations, Drainage etc at Central University of Kerala, Periye campus, Kasaragod, Kerala. SH: Providing and fixing aluminium work with glazing for Kedar and Alakananda hostel." This project, identified by NIT/RFP No. 02/EE-CUPK/2026-27 - Recall 1, is estimated at ₹ 17,47,106 (Rupees Seventeen Lakh Forty Seven Thousand One Hundred and Six only) and has an allowed completion period of 3 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 34,942 is required, payable to "The Executive Engineer, CPWD, Kannur" via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
