Work Description - Renovation Of Main Block At Ncess, Akkulam, Trivandrum Including Internal Electrical Installations, Lighting Fixtures, Ups, Acs, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting And Sitc Of 13 Passenger Lift Sh Providing Furniture And Renovating Auditorium Sh Providing And Fixing Of Customised Furniture

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), specifically the EE-Trivendrum office located at CGO Complex, Poonkulam, Trivandrum, invites competitive bids for the comprehensive "Renovation of Main Block at NCESS, Akkulam, Trivandrum." This significant project, identified by NIT/RFP No. 07/2026-27/CE-T/EE-T/TVM 2nd call, encompasses a wide range of works including internal electrical installations, lighting fixtures, UPS, ACs, fire alarm and fire fighting systems, as well as the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of a 13-passenger lift. Furthermore, the scope extends to the provision of furniture, renovation of the Auditorium, and the provision and fixing of customized furniture. The estimated cost for this project is ₹ 1,42,67,717 (One Crore Forty Two Lakh Sixty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventeen Rupees), with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹ 2,85,354 payable in favor of EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, CPWD, TRIVANDRUM. The tender was e-published on 19th June 2026 at 03:28 PM, with bid submission commencing simultaneously. Prospective bidders must submit their proposals by the bid submission end date of 03rd July 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bids scheduled for opening on the same day at 03:30 PM. The awarded contractor will have a timeline of 4 months for project completion.
