The scope of work encompasses the provision of a wide array of networking equipment, including Access Points, various types of Network Switches (Type 1 through Type 5), Single Mode 1310nm SFP+ Transceivers, and a Firewall with NGFW capabilities. Essential cabling and connectivity components are also included, such as CAT 6A UTP Cable, Unloaded 24 Port 1U CAT 6A UTP Jack Panels, compatible CAT 6A Information Outlets, CAT 6A RJ45 Connectors, and CAT 6A UTP Patch Cords of 1-meter length. Furthermore, the tender requires UV-treated PVC and 32mm diameter PVC conduit with necessary accessories, along with 2-inch HDPE pipes of PE-63 or higher specification. The project also mandates detailed configuration and installation services for all supplied equipment. This includes mounting Access Points on ceilings or walls with appropriate brackets and labeling, configuring and installing Network Switches in racks with proper labeling and UTP connectivity with rack dressing. The installation of UTP cables through PVC casing and capping, as well as the installation of PVC conduit, are also integral. Critical steps include the termination and labeling of UTP cables on the Jack Panels, the installation of RJ45 Connectors and the Unloaded 24 Port Jack Panels.
