The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites eligible consultants to participate in an Open Tender (Reference Number: NIT06 DATED 19.06.2026) for providing essential consultancy services. The scope of work primarily involves conducting Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) Tests, Road Inventory, NSV, and CBR Value assessments, which are crucial for the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for a cumulative road length of 15.01 kilometers. This encompasses two distinct works located within the Varuna and Mysuru MP assembly constituencies. The estimated tender value for this Lump-sum contract is ₹3,00,200, with an expected work period of 10 days, primarily situated in Varuna. Interested applicants must note that the ePublication, document download, and bid submission commenced on June 20, 2026. The critical deadline for both document download and bid submission is June 30, 2026, at 04:30 PM. The bids will subsequently be opened on July 01, 2026, at 04:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, National Highway Division, Bengaluru (O/O EE NHD BNG), who is also the Tender Inviting Authority. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,180 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹7,600 are mandatory. EMD exemption is allowed, and various payment instruments such as FDR, Bank Guarantee, or NTRP are accepted as per the Tender Inviting Authority's instructions.
