The Ministry of Railways, through its STORES/RWF department located at Rail Wheel Factory, Doddaballapur Road, Yelahanka, Bangalore, invites open and advertised tenders for the procurement of 'Goods' under Tender Reference Number RWFSTPT_S_ERC3rdSlab. This tender specifically seeks a contractor for the comprehensive transportation of Condemned/Scrap Elastic Rail Clips (ERC) by road, within the Bangalore region. The detailed scope of work includes the collection of Condemned/Scrap Elastic Rail Clips from various Railway locations, meticulous clearing and separation of any material or objects attached to the ERCs, and subsequent loading of the collected, clean ERCs into vehicles deployed by the contractor. Bidders must ensure that only ERCs free from rubber components or any other foreign material are loaded. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 373,600 is required, however, there is no Tender Fee applicable.
