The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services (MES), through the Garrison Engineer (P) (B/R) (AF) CH BLR, invites open tenders for the work of "PROVN OF STORAGE ACCN FOR AGE (B/R-I) AND AGE (E/M) OF GE (P) (AF) CH BANGALORE" at Command Hospital AF complex, Bangalore. This is an item rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹49,00,000. The tender documents can be downloaded from 24-Jan-2026 until 13-Feb-2026, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 07-Feb-2026, 12:00 PM and 13-Feb-2026, 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹98,000 is required, payable to the Garrison Engineer (P) (B/R) (AF) CH BLR, with exemption allowed through BG/ST. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to the same authority. The bid opening date is scheduled for 18-Feb-2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Garrison Engineer. Tenderers must submit both technical and financial bids, including scanned copies of required documents like application, demand draft/banker's cheque for tender cost, enlistment letter with MES, GST registration, provident fund details, and other relevant documents as per the NIT, in two separate covers, with the BOQ in the financial bid. Only offline payment modes (Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft) are accepted.
