Work Description - Maint And Repairs To Submersible Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Star Delta Starters, Mccbs, Power Contactors, Control Panels Along With Connected Items At Afs Bidar

E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Govt. Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for maintenance and repairs to submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, star delta starters, MCCBs, power contactors, control panels along with connected items at AFS Bidar. The tender, referenced as CA NO. GE(AF)BID/TOKEN/46 OF 2025-2026 8189, is valued at ₹30,00,000 with a work period of 270 days, and bids must remain valid for 60 days. This is an Item Rate contract, and interested parties should note that Multi Currency is not allowed for either Fee or BOQ, withdrawal is allowed. The documents that need to be submitted include application for tender on Firms letter head, Latest Enlistment letter issued by Registering Authority duly renewed for the cyclic period in vogue, Scanned copy of DD / Bankers Cheque towards cost of tender and EMD as applicable, Residual Works in Hand as per NIT, GST registration certificate, Scanned copy of power of attorney as applicable, Any other essential details required for meeting eligibility criteria as per NIT and BOQ and schedule of works.
