The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Design and Construction of UG and PG Hostel (G+3 floors) for Boys of 500 capacity and a dining hall (Ground floor) for the Central University of Karnataka at Kalaburagi, Karnataka. This comprehensive project encompasses internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, overhead terrace tanks, rain water harvesting, internal electrical installations, lightning conductor, firefighting system, lifts, a solar water heating system, LT Panel, street lighting, site development, bulk services including internal roads, paths, storm water drains, and sewerage lines, all to be completed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis. The estimated cost of the project is ₹34,98,97,304, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹44,98,973, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of EE- Hubli. The project duration is 450 days.
