The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the Design and Construction of UG & PG Hostel G plus 3 floor for Girls of 500 capacity and a Ground Floor dining hall for the Central University of Karnataka at Kalaburgi, Karnataka, on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis. The project encompasses comprehensive infrastructure development including Internal Water supply, Sanitary installation, drainage, overhead terrace tanks, rain water harvesting, internal electrical installation, lighting conductor, fire fighting system, lifts, solar water heating system, LT panel, street lighting, and site development, incorporating bulk services such as internal roads, paths, storm water drains and sewerage lines, amongst others. A sub-work component involves providing one commercial motor vehicle for the inspection of various sites under the jurisdiction of the Assistant Engineer(E), KCESD, CPWD, Kalaburgi, inclusive of driver services. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 5,62,690 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 11,254, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, MyCD, CPWD, Mysuru, via DD, FDR, or BG.
