The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Challakere Civil Division, is inviting bids for a comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Mode-I and Turnkey project. This crucial tender, NIT/RFP NO: 04/SE/EE/CCD/2026-27, seeks experienced contractors for the Planning, Designing, and Construction of various buildings and infrastructure within Phase-II of the BARC Township Anudurga, located at Kudhapura, Challakere, Chitradurga, Karnataka. The scope of work encompasses the construction of diverse residential units including 72 Type-II quarters (3 blocks of Stilt+4 Floors), 24 Type-III quarters (1 block of Stilt+4 Floors), 8 Type-V quarters (1 block of Stilt+4 Floors), and 1 Type-VI Duplex Quarter. Additionally, the project includes the construction of essential community and recreational facilities such as a Guest House (G+3), Multi-purpose Hall (G+1), School Building (G), Shopping Complex (G+1), Creche (G), Swimming Pool with Filtration Plant and Balancing Tank, Organic Waste Composter, Substation Building with DG Set Yard, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Plant Room, and various sports facilities including a Football Ground, Box Cricket Ground, Athletic Track, Basketball Court, Lawn Tennis Court, Cricket Ground, and Children's Play Area/Central Park. The objective is to deliver the entire project in a fully functional and occupation-ready state. The estimated project cost is approximately ₹1,37,33,79,268 (One Hundred Thirty Seven Crore Thirty Three Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Eight Rupees), with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,47,33,793.
