Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for providing Third-Party Quality Assurance (TPQA) services for the comprehensive planning, designing, and construction of a 100-bedded hospital project at ESIC, Narasapura, Kolar, Karnataka, under Agreement No.44/CE/EE-II/2024-25. This encompasses civil, electrical, and mechanical works, including ancillary buildings, staff quarters, site development, specialized works, MEP services, and local body approvals on an EPC basis. The project, valued at approximately ₹71,72,300, requires completion within 690 days. Interested NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR bidders must submit their bids electronically, adhering to the specified item rate bid type. Key dates include a document download and bid submission deadline of September 24, 2025, at 03:00 PM and a bid opening date on the same day at 03:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,43,446 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer, BCD II, CPWD, Bengaluru. Mandatory documents for submission include a letter of transmittal, organizational structure details (Form A), completion certificates for similar TPQA service works (Form B), an undertaking regarding execution of similar works, a copy of the EMD receipt, GST Registration Certificate, PAN Card, and an undertaking for EMD exemption (if applicable).
