The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for consultancy services related to the construction of buildings under the 4th phase at the National Institute of Unani Medicine (NIUM) campus in Bengaluru. The work encompasses the construction of a UG/PG Academic block with Library, a 200-bedded hostel, an administrative building, a guest house, and an examination hall. This includes internal water supply and sanitary installations, drainage, internal electrical installations, firefighting and fire alarm systems, CCTV, VRF/VRV air conditioning, UPS, LAN lifts, as well as development and bulk services.
