The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of a hostel building with twin-sitter rooms, ground and first floor, including all civil, electrical, and mechanical services, and development of sites and bulk services for the Power System Training Centre (NPTI) at Banashankari, Bangalore, specifically concerning geotechnical investigation. This project, identified by Tender ID 118965 and NIT/RFP NO 25/AE/BCSD4/I/e-Tendering/2025-26/Bangalore, is estimated to cost ₹2,58,084 with a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,162 payable to the Executive Engineer, BCD-I, CPWD, Bangalore, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
