The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "Construction of 327 Nos (300 No. Type-II, 3 Nos Type-III, 17 Nos Type-IV and 7 Nos Type-V ) Residential Quarters & 2 Nos 180 Nos Barracks at Group Centre (CG) CRPF, Yalahanka, Bangalore", as outlined in NIT/RFP NO 49/EE(E)/Bangalore/BCESD-I/2025-26. This electrical work project, valued at approximately ₹3,17,004, also includes the "Replacement of the existing Borewell water supply pump set & Miscellaneous". The tender documents can be downloaded from 09-Jul-2025 to 16-Jul-2025 until 05:30 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically between 09-Jul-2025 and 16-Jul-2025, closing at 05:30 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for 16-Jul-2025 at 06:00 PM. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,340 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), BCED-II, CPWD, Bangalore via DD or FDR.
