The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the operation and maintenance of general facilities and security at the Admin and TA building, NATGRID, near STS BSF Road, Bangalore, for the year 2026-27. This composite work encompasses two significant sub-heads: general upkeeping of various E&M services, including street lights, A.C. units, substation equipment, water supply pumpsets, DG set, 30 KLD STP, perimeter CCTV, power fence, and other security systems, as well as civil day-to-day maintenance and repairs for all buildings within the NATGRID Campus. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 1,61,61,635, and the time allowed for completion is 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,23,233 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer(E), BCED-II, CPWD, Bangalore.
