The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open bids for the "Design and Construction of UG and PG Hostel G plus 3 floors for Boys of 500 capacity and Dining hall Ground floor for Central University of Karnataka at Kalaburagi, Karnataka including internal water supply, Sanitary installations, Drainage, overhead terrace tanks, rain water harvesting, Internal electrical installations, lightning conductor, firefighting system, lifts, solar water heating system, LT panel, street lighting and Development of site, bulk services including internal roads, paths, storm water drains and sewerage lines etc. all complete on Engineering, Procurement and Construction EPC basis." This composite civil works project, with Tender ID 119852 and reference number 32/Hubli/SE/EE/e-Tender/2025-26, has an estimated cost of ₹ 35,08,20,070. Bids are to be submitted via EPC Percentage basis and should be valid for 30 days, expiring on 30/08/2025. The document download and bid submission deadlines are 31-Jul-2025 at 11:30 AM. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 45,08,201 is required in the form of DD, FDR, BC, or BG, favoring EE- Hubli.
