The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of a New MSME Technology Centre at Plot No. 06, Aero space Park, KIADB Industrial Estate, Devanahalli, Bengaluru, encompassing the balance work related to providing daily maintenance services of Electrical & Mechanical systems. This electrical works project, NIT/RFP NO 03/EE(E)-I/BCESD-III/Bangalore/2026-27, is estimated to cost ₹ 5,05,233 with a completion timeframe of 3 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 10,105 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer(E), Bangalore Central Electrical Division II, Bangalore.
