The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the operation and maintenance of general facilities and security at the Admin and TA building, NATGRID, near STS BSF Road, Bangalore for the year 2026-27. This composite work includes general upkeeping of various E&M services such as street lights, A.C Units, substation equipment, water supply pumpsets, DG set, 30 KLD STP, perimeter CCTV, power fence, and other security systems. The scope also encompasses civil day-to-day maintenance and repairs for all buildings within the NATGRID Campus. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 1,61,61,635, and the time allowed for completion is 12 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,23,233 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer(E), BCED-II, CPWD, Bangalore.
